Here's a nodule of horse Creek Chert that I slabbed. Liked the way it came out so much I decided to keep it like it is for the ol' type collection. I’m not a knapper so I don’t know how it flakes but it makes a nice point. I feel like Mr. Caldwell might have some experience with it because it is found over his way.The large point is more than 8.5 inches long. It is from the East Wenatchee cache. The small white point is from the Lehner Clovis site near Herford, Arizona, and is about 1.25 inches long. The blueish one is made out of chert from Arizona’s Whetstone Mountains. First up a 3" Turkey Tail Beautiful Fort Payne material. In the mottling there is a hint of blue. Next up is a blade that was described as a Tennessee River Knife sure is sweet four inches long.
