0411 Swap programming help. Hi, my name is Thomas. I'm new to HP Tuners and I have been working on the 0411 swap in my 98 2500 7.4L for about 4 months now off and on. I have checked and rechecked my wiring until I'm blue in the face. I've come to the conclusion that I'm doing something wrong in the programming.

Once you have the OS on there, you can open the corvette file and copy and paste the spark/fuel values etc back over and make any changes needed manually. I just got done swapping a 0411 PCM into my 99 OBS 5.7 L31 Suburban 4x4 with 4l60e with A/C, and Pushbutton 4x4. Everything works so far, throttle response is way better, driving is smoother, and 0-60 times is much faster. I have performed a 0411 PCM swap into a 1999 Quigley 4x4 van. PCM was from a 2001 Express van, with 350 Vortec and 4L80E. Operating system 1283002. HP tuners is a great tool and I've got it running pretty well. I cannot seem to get it to shift out of 1st gear when in 4x4 Low Range.

The only way to use the segment swap feature is if the tune on the PCM is the same OS as the tune you want to use. I don't believe the V6 os and the V8 os are the same. so you wouldn't be able to swap segments. Aug 8, 2019 · Definitely, i have everything done, from the c1 c2 c3 c4 lt1 pins, to the c1 blue and c2 red 411 pcm. The 411 is a way faster pcm, its been used in many gm cars and trucks. Hp tuners even has an autotune option to fine tune ve's on the go. So if you are familiarized with hp tuners it will be a sweet upgrade.
