merManc 1 year ago #3. To guard counter you simply block an enemy's attack and then immediately perform a heavy attack. It's completely separate from parrying. So, block with LB, follow quickly with RT. Timing isn't important for the block. You can just hold the left bumper ready until something hits your shield or weapon.
