After fooling with a small screwdriver, I found a paint can top remover (the one with a little hook at the end) in my toolbox.It's very easy. First, pop off the little piece at the top front of the panel. It pulls right off with no tools. Then pop out the small rectangular piece of plastic in the door handle recess. There are 2 screws behind that to remove. Pull up the trim piece that the switches mount to and unplug them. No tools required.There is a screw at the top by the seatbelt adjuster, which you have to pop the panel off and get the 7mm screw underneath. There are 2 7mm screws under the handle in the middle, and 2 7mm screws on the bottom of the door panel. At the door handle, you need to pop off the black cover and there are 2 10mm screws there.
