I’ve not really experienced much lagging with Reshade, but it depends on the shaders used. You can try it, if you experience lagging you can delete the reshade folder. Btw if you use reshade you need to take screenshots with the screenshot button in tab mode, instead of using the C button. And you need to disable origin in game.

This is something that pops up for a lot of reshade preset files, all of the ones I have downloaded have said the same thing. My preset will in not harm your computer, the only file included in the download is the actual preset file and there is no ads when downloading.
