How to clean a ruger 380 lcp.
Earlier today I purchased a Ruger LCP Gen2 .380 and it looks to have quite a bit of oil on/in it...especially where the spent casings eject. Is it a good idea to take it apart and give it a good wipe down before firing it? Any advice or words of wisdom for breaking down and cleaning the LCP Gen2? Thanks! BCubed

I'd recommend the Max because itis barely thicker than the original and still incredibly easy to conceal especially in the pocket while being easier to grip/shoot and much higher capacity.

I'd say have a gunsmith check it out or contact Ruger. I have an LCP and while it was stiff it was not even as hard to work the slide as my SR9 was. Four people at a gun shop not being able to rack it sounds bad.
