In Anki 2.1.30, it takes every non-new card and resets the schedule of them. When it should reset the schedule of every card (new and old). I exported all my decks (with the scheduling info) and made sure to wipe the history of the problematic pre-made deck using this add-on: Duplicate and Reorder (Duplicated the cards in the problematic deck and deleted the old ones before exporting it) I made a different profile on Anki and then imported all the decks.
