I got a 32 inch Hisense TV in 2016 on Amazon. It's been working great since until now, when the closed captioning is on and I can't turn it off. Next to model number on back of TV it says: (Model):32H3B. When I go to the menu on my TV I can't select closed captioning as the image shows. Any advice anyone can offer would be great.
