I have an AT and the Haynes manual tells me the torque converter bolts are torqued to 18 in/lbs but I'm not sure that is correct. The Subaru service dept told me they should be torqued to 53 ft/lbs.The 1.5L DOHC engine uses a single size of cylinder head bolts with a total of 10 bolts being installed into the cylinder head.
