For anyone still running into this issue, it happens on the windows build too. Reverting to a 1x resolution scale fixed it for me on Windows. Everything was fine on 1.93, but with the 1.94 and 1.94.1 updates yesterday, I get stuck on the loading screen (with Beartic and Darumaka and friends) around 80% every time.
