I replaced a cell in the traction battery about 6 months ago, and got the p3191 error...There was a technical service bulletin to address the issue with the P3191 and a P3101 that may be set in the hybrid control computer which AutoZone will not be able to read. In this technical service bulletin basically explained that there was an update for the fuel pump system and for the engine control computer.
