Rosewood : The easiest start town. + Small size means easier navigation and fewer zombies to deal with. + A good variety of shops and infrastructure buildings, providing a plausible mix of items necessary for a stable uptake with a variety of characters. There is a beautiful golf course to the west of Muldraugh as well. If you have Lake Ivy Township installed there will be a tourist town and some nice secluded houses around water as well.
