Looking from full runs side, Republic Balmorra (haven't tested Imp yet) is the Queen of Heroics. 8 quests rewarding 2x Alliance boxes for each specialist. 3 of those quests are in the same area, than another area with 2 more. Fastest and most profitable run I've done so far.

Crafting is still the best means to earn credits in the game outside of buying cheap on the GTN and relisting for more (which requires a large bank) or purchasing from the Cartel Market and selling on the GTN.
