My friend calculated it, withered is only better on Daedalus axe. Also fabled is even better on a livid dagger because of the 20% more damage chance, which will proc more often because of attack speed. The only chance withered is better is at about cata 46+. withered is still the best, provided you have a decent cata lvl.

It is worse than T6 enchants in 99.9% of all cases, as you would lose things like looting and syphon. Penguin has no clue for actually recommending OFA.
