I noticed the radiator fans do not turn on unless the AC is on. I have not tried driving the car with the AC on to see if it stays cool in fear that I will damage the engine ...This will force the air out of the system. Run the car with the recovery tank cap off and watch the level. You may see a few more bubbles come up. I've replaced the Thermostat, Water pump, Temp Sensor, Radiator, Radiator fan a few times in the last year, and it still overheats. It doesn't overheat where the needle goes all the way to the red "H" Line, but it waddles back and forth.
