Comcast pixelation problems 2023.

The past two weeks we've been having major issues with our TV with certain channels being super pixelated and skippy. It happens at times with live TV but we really notice it on DVR recordings (not all though). 6.19.2023. Northwest Chicago suburbs. The pixilation on Channel 187 (ABC Network) every night during the local Chicago news on that channel is pretty bad. Tonight, I'm noticing it on Channel 358 (H&I Network) too. Also, for the past 3 weeks, our Xfinity Internet router stops broadcasting on the 2.4 GHZ band.

There is absolutely a problem on comcast's end with the signal. For me, it happens predominately with the live coverage of Miami Heat games (on Bally Sports) which is incredibly frustrating. Exactly as you say - the tiling and pixelation allows you to miss some exciting moments of the game. Very frustrated. I have had a technician out twice.
