But I don't think this is an easy trade, I think it's fairly priced. You'd want to put at $1 or otherwise very low and get a good price on that, like .2 or .25 per contract at most. You could short/put larger equity REITs also. The problem is they mostly are stabilized properties that can kind of suffer through this.
