I played enough Wellspring back in the 1st season of Witchqueen to unlock all the legendary patterns. I have also done weekly Master Wellsprings until reaching Pinnacle cap in each season. And I still only have the one Exotic Glaive that I unlocked through the quest. Whatever the drop rate for the remaining two patterns is, it's way too damned low.

The drop rates are super low, and aren't character dependant - you can get all 3 on one class. The drop chance is far too low for what the glaives actually provide as well. I’d love to see the numbers for what percentage of players actually have all 3, I bet it’s super low.
