I wish I could leave zero stars. Ecapital was quick to sell us on their products offering a line of credit of $2500, same day funding, fuel cards, the whole 9 yards. Once signed up, no one ever did the initial orientation with us. We attempted to factor our first load, I called and asked if there would be any issues with funding.The company has lived up to the factoring services I was told it would be. The all in one services of not only factoring, but the quick payouts, fuel savings and available credit has all been very rewarding. The staff has been very helpful and supportive in every aspect of making my transition from my previous factoring company.This was my first experience with eCapital factoring services, and the process was very smooth!
