Strength is actually a solid 2nd choice for spending left-over points, since Shaman gear is generally kinda heavy, and having extra carry weight is always a boon. IMO, the 5 extra carry weight is VASTLY superior to the 15 HP at level 60. Ignore INT. If Agility is below 75, make it 75. Dex is meaningless for you, so is Charisma.
