No. Scav runs are like pmc raids. You scav in at the same time as the raid starts. Don't think so as that instance basically ceases to exist when you extract. Imagine having an option on PMC death to scav into the raid via the death screen. Maybe give it a 5-15% to prompt so you can't just always run a scav on PMC death.
