Last pregnancy, I lost parts of my mucus plugs at 24, 29, and 31 weeks. My doctor gave me the same instructions everytime - stay hydrated and continue to monitor. Hydration helps you regenerate the mucus plug. I finally had a scheduled Cesarean at 37+6. I haven't lost it at all this pregnancy and I'm 35 weeks today.
