Packages usually get stuck there for a week or more. I got a tracking number and it says it arrived at the Fed ex location in Illinois on 10/9/22. No updates since then, said it's supposed to arrive 10/14/22 by end of day. So, judging my everyone's horrible Fed ex experience, I'll be on the lookout for my steam deck around 10/21/22.

Steam ships the deck fedex home delivery...those drivers don't actually work for fedex. What they do is bid the routes out and whoever comes in the lowest gets the route. Its hard to notice because they still drive fedex trucks and wear fedex uniforms but if you look on the truck it should have something like JR's trucking or XPV delviery. Today I just received my new Steam Deck via the RMA process. Be sure to communicate with the team via the support page. You should be ok because I was sent a brand new Steam Deck with a new cable.
