The solution is underneath the car, you must jack the car up on the driver side, remove the transmission shield and find the following screw. View attachment 551675. Then use a HEX socket (can't remember the size) and screw it in completely, your transmission is not stuck in neutral. Unscrew it to put in back to normal.

The gear label is stuck to the plastic it is on. What I meant, is to look around the sides of it at the mechanism; you might be able to see a pin or lever of sorts that is locking the movement. I pulled the whole selector out and I could move it just fine. I think the lock is in the transmission, but I'm not 100% sure.
