Oscar, if you enjoy being bored, the KFX is NOT for you! The thing is a Torque Monster! At almost 61 years. old, this thing keeps me young. I also have two and at one point this past fall considered selling one. We. went on a trip to Glamis sand dunes and shredded the sand! I cannot part ways with either of my KFXs.
I've got a KFX 90 that won't start. I'm getting no spark. I've had issues with it for a while, but they are intermittent. It runs fine, put it away, a few days or a week later it won't fire. A few more weeks, it worked fine. A while back replaced the stator and went to fire it back up after sitting for a few months and it ran really rough and died. After a while of cranking it over and messing with it it didnt sound good at all. Eventually starter would just spin.

The needle seat has a small screen and it was plugged only letting a small amout of fuel into the bowl. Most of the jets were clear but I still used music wire and air to clear any blockages.2004 KFX400 wont idle.
