2006 Kawasaki Prairie 360. Was idling rough, wouldn't run with the choke open, back firing a lot, misfiring when the throttle was opened up, and generally just having a bad time lol. THIS LINK is for mikuni's specifically but the theory applies to all, it may help some. I think i may have just found the issue. A passage from filter side carb throat was clogged solid. Rotate the motor while watching the intake valve open and close. Go to the T mark on the flywheel. This is TDC on the compression stroke. Adjust the intake valve to .13mm and the exhaust to .18mm (these settings work best for your motor). Rotate the motor over a few times and double check your work. That's it.
