Kawasaki prairie 400 problems.

Curious what you find out. On my 2000 400 it would become very difficult to shift in cold weather, esp if running thru snow. I removed the gearshift lever and housing it is attached to and disassembled it. The grease was very used up so i cleaned it out and regreased it.NovaKaw650. The Prairie 400 is COMPLETELY different from the 360 (the 400 is a better machine) so any wrenching experience won't be applicable. The linkage likely needs to be lubricated, although they are a little stiff at the best of times.
