If one needs to "de-level" to farm meso and stay within the level range for farming, then there's obviously a bit of a flaw in Reboot's overall goal when it comes to late progression. Pensilar gear will be good enough to get you to 200. Look for doing horntail and zakum for item drops to fill in some accessories slots alongside with saving Mesos for doing star forcing and basic pots. In my opinion here, you have two options: start training your main which is Phantom (great link skill too) , or, you can train to 120 some more link skills that'll get you easy time leveling later on: Luminous (ignore enemy def), Demon Avenger (%dmg), Demon Slayer (%boss dmg), and then start train your main.
