I've updated the BIOS, tried adjusting it through BIOS settings as well as using MSI Command Center. I've checked the connection to make sure it's in the correct port and all pins are connected.The fan is a bit annoying, the way the laptop is built, with the air intake on the top of the laptop is making it quite noisy. I'm looking for some kind of fan controller where I can set my own temperature ranges and fan speeds. There is the "MSI center for productivity", but it's a pretty useless piece of software.I've tried Msi Silent Option but it doesn't work and now after reinstalling DC i can't control my fans either, they've apparently been set permanently on auto mode and idk how to set again my advanced custom curve. Only cooler boost option in Dc can "change" the permanently set auto mode. Heya! So I had installed the updated EC firmware 6J5EMS3.108 for my GE62-6QC, which basically lets the fan run constantly.
