My lights don't dim out but it won't start even with a jump. It don't click when I try to start it and it has a battery light , red lightning bolt and check engine light on. 2009 avenger. Not cranking. Get a click after reset. PRNDL has squares around them. Shows check engine light but my scanner says “ no codes found” . Tested voltage from wire to solenoid with key on 10.5 V .
