Received 808 Likes on 608 Posts. use the helwig f-350sway bar. stock sway bar is square and rubs 37's. the helwig f-350 bar is tapered and does not rub. if you get rubbing on bumps..you can replace your bump stops with summo springs and add summo spring spacrs until you have about 1/4 yo 1/2 of space un loadded.

If you have a 3.31 axle, the only thing you can do to get it correct is set the tire size to 37" and deal with the CEL (P-1635 if memory serves). Or just buy a Hypertech and set it to 37" tires and be done. Depending on the year of the teuck, the Forscan code for 37” tires also works without using the axle code.so, if your new wheels are factory offset, you’re good. 37s vs 35s. I have a 2016 F-250 with a Carli 2.5 leveling kit on 37/12.50/20 on stock lariat rims. I am starting to tow more often and how like a little more mpg back and power in 6th gear. I am thinking about downsizing to a 295/65/20. My OEM tires were 57lbs a piece. Will I notice a large enough difference to justify the downsize.

I leaning towards eventually doing 17's with 37's as recommend by most suspension companies. The 37x12.5x17's are "D" 124 load range/index.I have 37's but haven't paid attention to the gas mileage. A lot of people that have full 35's or 37's don't get the hypertech correction, and thereby don't actually know what their MPG is since the numbers are off due to the tire size. I have the hypertech, just haven't paid attention. This truck replaces our 2019 F250 XL Crew Cab 4x4 truck that we purchased in December 2019. It is extremely similar but shorter! It has the 148" wheelbase vs the 160" wheelbase and the total length (bumper to bumper) is under 20ft! This shortens the turning circle from 53ft to 50ft and allows it to easily fit in any parking space.

I've got the 2.5" Readylift and 37x12.5's on the stock wheels. They do rub the radius arms but its not bad enough to worry about. Go with 295/65-20. I run Falken wildpeak 37x12.5x18 and they are E rated and have a load rating of 3970lbs where the 37x12.5x17 is D rated and only 3525lbs. I have 37s with 3.73 gearing as well and that's pretty much the exact mileage I see. I hand calculate each tank and it's usually right around 13.9 everytime. Sadly the '23+ arms won't work on the '22 and back truck because they have different brackets. But I am not sure about 37's. My measuring of the distance between my stock tires and the fender wells at turn (when the edge of the tire is closest to the fender/bumper) gives me 3 7/8".
