Not stovepipes - the case is oriented as it is in the chamber but it stuck halfway out the ejection port. I’m using shield Gen 2 mags with the right mag release.It's called a "safety plunger" for a reason. I would not recommend polishing the plunger. If you take too much of the metal off by "polishing", you will make your G43 into an unsafe weapon which could result in the "safety" part of the plunger not so safe. ... Congrats on the 43X. Ours is an early one and has a silver slide. It is our impression that when the black slide became available, the silver slides ceased to be. We don’t prefer our silver slide to the black, but don’t really care. Our G43X trigger seems typically Glock, the only annoyance being the serrated shoe.

The G43X MOS also features precision-milled front serrations.
