They’ll start to close, then when they get about half way. They damn near come to a stop, before picking up a tiny bit of speed again. I remember back around 2010-2011 before I quit working for Honda, those doors seemed to close pretty damn good.Most of the time the doors not working is caused by a bad switch (usually the base position switch) in the rear door latch/motor assembly. Resetting may cause it to work for a while but it will probably quit again.
