I've seen some BCCG 9's on ebay that looked like PSA 5's at best. That is the million dollar question. BCCG is a joke. Their "10" is defined as "Mint or Better". Their "9" is "Near Mint or Better". What a joke. I'll make it easy for you. 99% of the cards submitted to BCCG are from dealers that know the cards would be 8's-9's in BGS or PSA slabs.
