This mail count is supposed to be residual mail counted from the hot case or any mail not processed and brought to your case from the plant from what I'm understanding. So does anyone have real clarification on what to expect, what is counted and the dates of this mail ...This time around dps was almost pristine, thankfully lots of weekend warriors on route.
