Hilton Waikoloa a horrible experience. The ocean tower is a horrible place to take a family for a vacation. The pools were shut down for more that half of the vacation time (8 days). Water was shut down for a night. There were cockroaches in the room bringing big questions about the cleanliness and hygiene of the place.
