I just attempted to update my Orbi RBR20 system to firmware v2.3.5.36 but was only partially successful. The router shows the correct version but the satelite show v2.3.5.26. At the moment everything works but I know there will be issues at some point. When I try to manually log into the satelite, I get this: 401 Unauthorized1) I connected computer to orbi router with ethernet. 2) I navigated to manual firmware update on 192.168.1.1. 3) I saved the most recent update from the website in a zip file, extracted the zip file, saved it as an img file from the browse funtion. 4) Hit upload and I get the "500 interal server error".Warranty Information.
