Honestly, you can’t go wrong with either Wall Street Prep or Breaking into Wall Street (BIWS) because they're the two best financial modeling courses on the market, and have been for quite some time now. But if I had to choose, I'd pick WSP because the teaching style is just more efficient without filler material. Rosenbaum & Pearl and ASM would probably be the best starting point since OP seems to be a sophomore going for IB. Macabacus and Multiple Expansion are two of the best free resources but not too beginner-friendly. There are really not an official "financial modelling" designation out there. The most well-known ones are obviously: Breaking into Wall Street, Wall Street Prep and Wall Street Training (I call them "The Big Three").
