I think the majority of people on this sub aren't much "data hoarders", but rather "data archivists/organizers". Meaning, we don't just download everything, we just like to keep our original data forever (family photos/videos, documents) and download stuff we like and keep it for later rewatch/replay (movies/shows/games).
