To be fair, the patches I have in this thread should apply for both fusee-primary and fusee-secondary, as I'm adding both the IPS patches, and also the bootloader folder with the patches.ini file in it. With that said, the post in the OP and the sigpatches have been updated for latest Atmosphere 0.16.2.

I updated my CFW, as well as Atmosphere, Hekate and sigpatches. I have a couple of games installed on my old CFW 10.20. After updating CFW to 13.0, some of those game that I have already installed can be played, but some of them can't be played. I tried to delete them and reinstall them, but it didn't help.

Games being stuck on a black screen is likely not a sigpatch issue, its probably a firmware issue (too low) or sysmodules. Kosmos comes with a ton of crap that I don't need (ex. sigpatches, additional sysmodules etc) and its a pain in the ass to get rid of that stuff every time kosmos/sdfiles gets an update.
