One of the recipe is to make a tablet of power for 5 fragment. It's gives you 60 knowledge points instead of the 10 per fragment normally. There are small, dark grey chests located throughout the outer grey one's camps outside of the pools area. Places like the proving grounds, pit of the grey ones, the broken temple, eastlight and westlight. Those give feat points after 60. Dont know if there are others in the area.
