How do i reset my comcast cable box.
We have the new x1 box and while this may sound like a dumb question, we have our reasons. Sometime hd act wonky, so anyways when that happens how do we switch to the sd format. When I put in the channel number of the sd channel it still goes to the hd. Is this normal or is there a setting I have to change.
