Hey guys I saw a few people asking how to do this, I've found one solution so far. The settlement's build area radius is the same as a player base, 300u. If you build a player base 301u+ from settlement center you can use known build radius extensions to encroach into the settlement, even up to another 700u through and beyond if you're so daring.When your Sentinel alert level was high you'd get the s class ranking.
