Logged into the app and it says "OFFLINE - STARLINK DISCONNECTED - Ensure your Starlink is plugged in". I can connect to the router without a problem. Both lights are white on the power brick. Debug data shows connection to dish = false. I've tried to contact Starlink but I'm guessing it will be awhile. My starlink was initially stowed and when i inserted my new cable It repositioned itself automatically and I can hear buzzing from it which means there’s power going into it but still the same starlink disconnected issue.
