Then close the door and lock it with the button on the door.

Oct 17, 2009 · The 2003 and 2004 SSR both had the 5.3 aluminum 300hp V8 with the 4 speed automatic. A six speed manual was introduced in the 2005 model year along with the LS2 V8. The 5.3 was fine for just cruising but the SSR is around 4700 pounds and comes standard with the 3.73. Several owners have changed to a 4.10 and some have even gone to the 4.56.
