Update: I was accepted off the waitlist yesterday!! They seem to be doing it in waves, and starting early (I've heard a few other schools starting early as well, likely due to lower yield since COVID 19). I didn't send anything else to them, for reference. I am going to send a LOCI to Cornell, my other waitlist.

I heard BU sent out 2 different waitlist letters, I got one that said I was placed on a "short, unranked" for the waitlist, but apparently they sent a different letter to some people that says you are just on the waitlist.
