Hello. Looking for a little help from a Comcast pro. I am trying to complete the modem self install. I have tried hooking my modem up to two separate outlets. After a few minutes the power, us/ds, online lights stop blinking and stay solid. The 2.4 and 5ghz light and tel light occasionally blink. I am not able to get the modem to activate. Needless to say, I got my $100 "professional" install fee reversed, and free HBO for a year. Anyway, back to the main story, I have honestly been offered a job for Comcast on 4 separate occasions, and I have had to turn every single one of them down because I am unable to travel to the locations that I would be required to go to.
