Hot Cooking Pot. DayZ Tip. On the Namalsk map, if you heat up water in a cooking pot until it is boiling and drink half, it will give you the heat buffer stat in a matter of seconds. Keep the other half in your inventory until your heat buffer stat runs out, then drink it to get the heat buffer stat again. This is the best way to stay warm.
