This would be my only negative comment. I couldnt speak to anyone. However after messaging a non person about changing my flight to the day before i think i got a real person. They then sorted out my mistake very efficiently. Be careful with this thou as that mistake and a change of booking cost me $329. Whoops.
BTW the premier fee BudgetAir charged R/G tickets changing and cancelation fee waived is totally misleading. It is not true for tickets situation, it is only for web vender. Couple of hours later exact same ticket is being sold at £225. No customer service to speak to, extremely unhelpful chat customer service. You can not speak to customer services.
