Is the good pop up accurate.

From all my research when I took the NCLEX a year ago, is that the "good" pop up is pretty accurate, almost 100%. Bad pop up is slightly less accurate and there is still a small chance of passing. Took the NCLEX yesterday at 8 AM and got the good pop up. I’ve made sure to do it 4 times, with the last being 24 hours after taking the exam. I’m nervous because the exam shut off at 119 questions with a max of 140. I did have 40 SATA (bulk being between 13-80 questions) and a ton of priority questions.

I wanted to know if it’s possible to get the good pop up and fail. I finished in 75 questions and left feeling 100% like I failed. Even though the concepts weren’t all unfamiliar, I was finding myself guessing on everything.
